1) What's your payment term ?

Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T. For large order, we accept L/C. For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, paypal or cash.

(3) What's your delivery time ?

It is based on the quantity you order. But normally, our production time is 15 to 22 working days.

(4) Does your products has any certifcate ?

Yes, our products comply with Eu standard. But for indoor & outdoor playground, we don't have certificate for every model. And most playground is customized.
